In 2006 our Members' firms provided employment opportunities totaling in excess of 6,000,000 man-hours throughout the Bay Area. We represent only signatory employers and are part of a National Association of over 1900 contracting firms and 104 local chapters throughout the United States. Our firms employ union sheet metal workers and are signatory through our association to a labor agreement with Sheet Metal Workers International Association--Local 104 (SMWIA).
